Rental Policies Welcome to Mountain Creek Properties Vacation and Long-Term Rentals. We offer short-term homes and cabins that are fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment. All are in or within a short distance of South Fork, Colorado, a beautiful mountain village, nestled in the majestic San Juan Mountains.  South Fork is just 17 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area and just 2 minutes to The Rio Grande Club Golf Course. The Rio Grande River flows through South Fork and the 2 million acre Rio Grande National Forest surrounds us. Some homes and/or cabins offer hot tubs, riverfront, fireplaces or fishing. Your rental fees include accommodations in the homes or cabins. Cabins are equipped with everything you need, but any soaps, detergents, groceries, or personal items will be the responsibility of the renters. Please take any unused items of this nature with you when you leave. PETS:  Most of our homes and cabins do not allow pets. Please inquire with manager concerning pets. ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING.  Due to fire restrictions, smoking is only allowed in vehicles. MINIMUM RENTAL: There is a 3 night minimum stay. DEPOSITS: A 2 night deposit is required to hold the reservation. Reservation will be temporarily held 7 days until check or money order arrives when at that time the reservation will be completed. CLEANING FEE: A one-time cleaning fee will required. This fee is for cleaning after your departure. Each rental has a set fee for cleaning, ranging from $40 to $125 per rental. If it is determined that additional cleaning is required due to the rental being left in a particularly poor condition, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. The cleaning fee does not include daily maid service. Most homes and cabins include a washer and dryer for your convenience. CANCELLATIONS: Reservations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of deposit. It is understood that South Fork, Colorado is in the mountains and therefore inclement weather is not a legitimate reason for refunds. SALES AND LODGING TAX: Applicable state and local taxes will be charged for your stay. Mountain Creek Properties reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
